Ordering Information
– Payment by credit card only (Visa, Master, JCB)
– Shipping is by postal courier.
– The recipient’s name and address must be in English. (Required: Postcode)
– Delivery time may be extended, depending on courier delivery and random customs checks.
– Please note that no refunds will be issued if the package is rejected due to customs taxation.
Shipping Notice
– Please provide your full name in English as it appears in your passport. If a parcel is returned due to inaccurate courier information or unsigned for, we will simply cancel the entire order.
– Returned packages will be held as a deposit only and will be deducted from your next purchase (shipping costs are not refundable) and you will be notified via email once the operation is complete.
Returns and Exchanges
– We only accept “faulty returns” service.
– Return focus: You need to return the complete product, including the inner packaging, outer packaging, product label and internal product card.
– Please inform customer service within 10 days of receiving the faulty product, and we will issue a refund after judging that the product is not damaged by man.
– Due to the complexity of cross-country shipping, returns and exchanges for cross-country shipping are not accepted. We will check the product and packaging carefully before shipping.

Overseas Customs Clearance and Import Tariffs
Overseas goods need to enter the domestic customs clearance, whether to charge customs duties by the customs spot check decision, such as parcels generated tariffs, the buyer needs to pay, please understand.
– Tariffs are charged by the national customs, our company does not charge, please consult the local post office for the specific tax amount.
– If you need to pay customs duty, the tax-related personnel will notify you and send you a customs declaration notice.
Notes on cross-border rejected parcels
If you reject the package, you still need to pay the shipping cost and the import fee of the package, which will be deducted from the cost of the product and become the deposit for the next purchase.
